The Album was Recorded with Long-time Collaborators Guy Fletcher and Chuck Ainlay in his Own, Purpose-built Studio, British Grove in West London and Includes a High Proportion of Traditional Instrumentation. Featured Players Include Accordionist Ian Lowthian (Who Collaborated with Knopfle on the Soundtrack of the 2002 Movie "a Shot at Glory") and Fiddle Player John Mccusker, Perhaps Best Known for his Work with Kate Rusby. This Special Edition Includes a Bonus Dvd with the Featurette Titled "The Making of "Kill to Get Crimson" with In-studio and Interview Footage with Knopfler and his Band.
